Sourcing & Selection
For both technical and managerial career tracks, all candidates follow a rigorous screening and interviewing process that includes:
- Job Requirements – The core expectation for all candidates is that each condition within the job description is met or exceeded with documented experience and references.
- Education – Regardless of position level (analyst, consultant, manager, etc), the Provali Group requires a bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to the functional area. Each position beyond entry level can require bachelor’s, master’s, Ph.D. or technical certifications.
- Experience – Provali Group candidates must have a certain number of years practiced relevant skills:
- Analyst – more than two years of relevant work experience per level
- Consultant – more than three years of relevant work experience
- Sr. Consultant – more than five years of relevant work experience
- Manager – more than eight years of relevant work and management experience
- Assessments – Personality, technical, analytical and strategic assessments are conducted to gauge existing skills and how each candidate would respond to challenges in unfamiliar focus areas.
- Skill Demonstration Exercises – Case studies, presentations and technical exams are administered allowing candidates to demonstrate talent in an impromptu situation.
